Kickin’ Turkey & Cheese Soup: Date Added: 30 Jul 2011

2 Teaspoons olive oil
1 Pound TURKEY CUTLETS, cut into 1/2 -inch cubes
1/2 Cup green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 (10-3/4 Ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
10-3/4 Ounces 1% milk
1 Cup chucky salsa

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat oil in a heavy 3 quart saucepan until hot over medium-high heat. Add turkey cubes and bell pepper.
2. Sauté until turkey is cooked through and bell pepper is soft.
3. Stir in soup, milk and salsa, blending well. Add 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
4. Bring to a gentle boil. Cover, reduce heat immediately and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
